How can I see what there is to do in each city/region?
Click your mouse on the colorful ‘pushpins’.
Is anything downloaded to my computer when I use the video itinerary?
No, everything happens right here on the website.
Will my itinerary be saved so I can look it up later?
Yes! Just use the link from the email you send at the end of building your itinerary.
If I change my mind, can I remove a destination from the itinerary?
Yes. Just click the ‘remove’ button in your itinerary.
Can my family and friends change or add to my itinerary?
Not at this time, but they can create their own itinerary.
How many people can I send my itinerary to?
As many as you want. After you hit ‘Send Itinerary’ it will automatically erase the names of the person you sent it to so you can type in somebody else’s name and send it again.
After I’ve clicked on a city how do I get back to see the whole state?
Simply click on the ‘View Tennessee’ button in the lower left corner of the map of Tennessee.
Can I see Dolly again?
Yes. Just click on ‘Hear Dolly’ in the bottom right corner of the map of Tennessee and Dolly will be right out.
I can see Dolly but can’t hear her. What’s up with that?
Check your computer’s volume.
I can’t hear the video.
Check your computer’s volume. If you still can’t hear the video, then check the volume control located on the bottom right corner of the video player.
I don’t see an itinerary of my favorite place. What’s up with that?
We will be adding more videos of interesting things to see and do in Tennessee over the next few weeks/months. If you have a specific attraction or destination you would like to see a video on, please email that to us by clicking here.
Will building my itinerary automatically put me on a list to receive emails?
No. But if you do wish to receive emails from Tennessee, check the sign-up box before you email your itinerary to your friends and family.
